Asus introduced a new notebook series, it is the Asus New U / UX Series. Asus New U/UX series will be a ultra-thin, stylish notebook. This new Asus notebook feature an illuminated ‘chiclet’ keyboard and an auto-adjusting LED backlit display. Asus UX notebook series will also equipped with a stylish slot-in optical disk drive, which have been adopted by DELL Inspiron 13.
The new Asus new U series will feature a touchpad with progressively fading lights that follow our fingertips. Powered by an Intel® Core™2 Duo processor, the U Series is also equipped with a hard disk drive of up to 500GB, providing enough space storage for documents and multimedia. An energy-saving 15.6-inch LED backlit display powered by a dedicated NVIDIA® GeForce® G 105M with 512MB memory provides stunning graphics performance for multimedia entertainment and presentation while utilizing very small power. The Altec Lansing speakers – with SRS true surround sound – will provides high definition audio.
